Cultivating Skilled Talent and Reshaping Educational Practice Concepts - International "Talent Training Overpass" Discusses

In order to implement the Ministry of Education's "Guidance on the Organization and Management of Online Teaching in Ordinary Higher Education Institutions during the Pandemic Prevention and Control Period," win the battle against the pandemic, and effectively manage both pandemic prevention and the innovation of knowledge production, the fourth party branch of the center introduced the "source of living water" of knowledge innovation online. This was done to enhance the knowledge innovation capability of all members engaged in online work.

This activity focused on the comprehensive system of talent cultivation through the integration of industry and education. Dr. Ma Liang, Director of the UK Skills and Talent Center, was invited to leverage cutting-edge concepts such as blockchain and artificial intelligence in the integration of industry and education, using the UK's modern apprenticeship system as an engine. He systematically analyzed the customized schemes for the cultivation of skilled talent. The foundational idea of talent cultivation combines the evolution map from knowledge to ability, supplemented by courses in emotional intelligence, to nurture the successful genes of elite education in students.


The external support lies in the collaborative construction of a five-dimensional educational ecosystem of "students, teachers, parents, mentors, and supervisors" through the concept and technology of blockchain. By comparing the structure of specialized courses and certification systems in the UK with localized industry-education integration project practices, a practical path for the cultivation of skilled talent in China and key points for the integration of regional economic development were proposed.


Next, all members will transform frontline learning outcomes into business productivity and work value. Further research will be conducted on promoting regional establishment of "micro-cycles" through project practice, enhancing research capabilities in the national vocational education system and skilled talent cultivation, and accelerating growth into the "vanguard" of the center's business development.
